Tempest Shield

Tempest Shield will finally persist between areas. Not sure what patch it's going in, but it's fixed internally.

No buff to the skill is mentioned so all they fixed is a minor inconvenience.

wiil be good, if tempest shield add block chance to spell, for example 1% from 1 lvl, to 20% at 20 lvl.

If i ever get a shavs ill be making a low lofe block build

Tempest shield with life leech + blind with wnough critical nides would be very effective with ghost reaver and vaal pact + iether anvil or stone of lazhwar

I liked the way of activation and permanence of this skill. But the animation is very exaggerated. I would like to see something more discreet type "holly Shield" D2.

Ill never afford shavs so scrap that lol, its utility is great, link it to blind for extra defence at no mana expense, life leech on a spell block build is great too, good base crit chance, all round very handy skill too have

another question i don't think that has been postet yet is when is the range of dmg for TS calculated? ( support gems, dmg boost ect )
on activation of the skill?
or on each hit?

Anyone know if life gain on hit works with tempest shield? Was thinking of combining The Anvil, Thief's Torment, and a 20/20 life gain on hit gem on my 78% block character. That's a whopping 150+ life gain on hit. I'd be combining it with a life leech gem too. I'm guessing it doesn't work, since tempest shield is a spell though.
