If your using Hatred, Herald of Ash and Added fire damage WeD offers a large amount of dps due to its more damage multiplier compared to increased damage (multiplicative vs. additive), regardless of which weapon or passive tree your using.

Hey Lighty.
I'm absolutely loving the build, and have slightly adapted it to play from the scion tree. It has a bit more life, but is likely a bit less efficient on points (http://tinyurl.com/zhdcx36 if you're interested). I just recently picked up my Kaom's, and I've been planning on using a Hezmana's Bloodlust that I've had. I was wondering if you think it's worth it to spend the currency and attempt to 5 link my Hezmana's (currently running with a 4 Link) to make it effectively a 6 link, or just save the currency for an Atziri's Disfavour.
I'm having a great time playing the build, and I appreciate all the work you've done to keep it up to date.
It really all depends on the rate which you gather currency. Hezmana is a perfectly fine endgame weapon; worthy of 6 linking. Disfavour is obviously better but the cost to buy disfavour is close to the amount it would cost you to 6link your hezmana on average; and considering your using a kaoms you need your weapon 5-6linked.

I'm not sure how to go about getting a 6 link and if I should go with the chest first or weapon(kaom's primacy)? I'm currently level 82 still using 5 links. My chest atm isn't that great so i'm leaning more towards that. Is it better to just buy a chest outright or craft it from square 1? Also are there any guides for crafting a chest?
I would suggest 6 linking your chest first and if you have double 5l's save up currency until you can afford a lightning coil, belly or even invest into a 6l astral from the Celestial justicar cards. Overall a chest will be more versatile if you want to change builds or find a rare weapon with higher dps, Kaoms primacy is fine but im on the fence when discussing if its worth 6 linking or not.

So we have a slight problem when it comes to your axe. As it stands it either has 3 prefixes or 2, Im unaware if you rolled T1 %physical (prefix) and T10 accuracy (suffix) or T2 %physical (prefix) and T7 %hybrid Physical (prefix). If you have an open prefix you want to master craft weapon range then hope to yolo exalt into the remaining hybrid prefix. If you dont have a prefix open you master craft weapon range and dont bother exalting as you already have attack speed. Long story short, tell me the items Ilevel and if its below I83 you master craft Weapon range and leave it at that.

is that explained in this guide? I couldn't find it.

You can either..
- Get dex on your basic gear: Rings,Ammy ect..
- Grab a 30 dex node on the passive tree temporarily
- Use the Fluid Motion unique jewel to convert str into dex (see jewel section for placement locations)
- Utilize Unique's for dex such as Devoto's Devotion

First off, thanks for the guide!
Moving on, I'm fairly content with my mob clearly speed with Hezmana and a 5-link in talisman. With charges and what-not I'm pushing 46-49k tooltip DPS with your gem setup. However, I've been tinkering with Hypothermia and I'm curious as to what you think about it. I can't honestly say that I noticed a significant increase or decrease in clear speed with it. I'm curious if it will help with harder content. I'm inconsistently running in the t9-12 map range right now, but I don't have enough time in to really say if it's helping kill bosses.
Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated.
I have plans to test this with timing voll kills since its hard to tell how much an impact it has. Ill keep ya'll posted with the results when I get to it, dont hold your breath; backed up around 8 videos in production at the moment!

It would be...
- Cyclone
- Bloodmagic (Hezmana)
- Blind (BoR)
- Faster Attacks (BoR)
- Melee Physical (BoR)
- Fortify
- Added Fire Damage
- Weapon Elemental Damage
Interesting Option But still probably worse than running a Coil, Belly or well rolled Rare. Also the mana cost would be grossly high off a 8l but still insignificant thanks to bm.

Hey, stupid newbie question here, I couldn't find a definite answer yet in my searches but maybe somebody can help me here.
How do Axes and Maces stack up against each other at higher levels? I read that Axes have slightly longer reach and are therefore good for cyclone but I see Lighty himself using Maces, so I assume there's more to it than that?

I think he used a mace because pre 2.1 Vaal Ground Slam was strong, now it's been nerfed and I personally don't use it.
