I was expecting nerfs, of course, but what you did in this patch, just turned the game into a totally unplayable piece of code. I absolutely support nerfs that broke the balance, such as ice walls, or huge mana stacks, but at the same time I don’t understand why it was necessary to destroy them so much. Thanks for cooling my desire to play this, I’ll better wait for the new event in POE1, and spend the weekend playing something else. I'm actually in a state of apathy right now about everything PoE2. I think I've lost most of my belief that I had left, I'm entering a phase of acceptance I guess. Acceptance that the sequel is not for people who like to have fun in their games. The only things that were not nerfed for this former build, were the support gems. It was one of the best build previously, but nerfing Archmage (which was OP), a small nerf to Spark and nerfing Dream Fragments would've been more than enough to cripple the build, while still being playable, instead of killing it completely. On top of this they nerfed my favourite encounter, Breach, pretty heavy too. And this was just an example, at least 15 good builds have been completely destroyed and not only them but also at least 50 ideas of meme builds are no longer doable now, with these changes. I guess Phys damage Warrior is a real option now, since it was the only one just slightly nerfed overall. This. A 1000% this. Just a travesty, the patch notes are basically "We haven't fixed any problems with the things that didn't work, we just killed what worked before". Very sad :(( dont forget they said "Many Skills have had their base damage and/or damage growth per level rebalanced.
