Why do you even make nerfs in unique items if you then let people decide if to apply the nerfs or not? Who in the world would be that stupid to make their items worse.
If you make nerfs, just either do it automatically applied so that everyone is equal, or don't do nerfs at all. |

unbalanced assemblies have been weakened (destroyed altogether), this is normal. But why didn't they strengthen anything? How to play it? Why do we need charms that don't work at all? answers to these questions, of course, will not be received.
