Culmination not working for me, trying to use with Rake. But not working.

" Can still get very low cooldowns with it. My crappy temp on standard worked fine if I added some cooldown passives or gear. And now, ingenuity only gives slightly more benefit than a headhunter. I'd rather they add skills and gear that bring other builds up. But that takes too much effort, apparently. |

The loyalty of my Loyal Hound was fully removed. The entire purpose of going Infernalist at all with my build was to tank using the puppy as part of my damage reduction. This change fully invalidated my build.
