Same here, it's been 22 days since the first and last reply by mail.
Money spent but no game to play, it is frustrating and makes me feel like I've been scammed.

I have been waiting 1 Month for an email change to my account. I bought EA and can't play or Poe until my
Email is updated by support. I contacted support on the 29th November 2024 and still do not have access
to my account.

If this is any another kind of company, people would be telling them to take responsibility.
Just because it's a video game company doesn't mean it shouldn't be held responsible for it's action.

3 weeks already after the first repsonse...

28 Days and still no answer.

The only thing i got was a respons asking for more data weeks ago to which i instantly replied.

But that one from my point of view was obviously just some copy paste message - nothing even indicates that anyone even read my mail. Feels like them telling me that they dont give a crap.

Honestly at this point this is almost insulting - copy pasting nonsensical texts to customers to put them back down in the line.


Maybe the only way to make them do anything is consumer complaints with consumer rights group or asking magazines to cover it. Almost a month and those to be honest almost offensive email replys are beyond acceptable.

Its been a month... I sent email on the 6th because I bought the wrong package... I got a reply they asked for some info. Sent them infor then no new update since the 16th. Feel like I have to resort to forum post since I don't feel like spamming them will do anything but postpone it even more. Extremely frustrating as this is a lot of money to me.
