How long have you been waiting for a response from support?

I have waited for 12 days and I have refunded on steam. It is not likely that I will have a reply sooner.

Money spent but no game to play, it is frustrating and makes me feel like I've been scammed.

I feel the same. Even bought the 100$ pack to support them. All I get is a lockout and silence.

wow,i had some hopes to get back into game soon, then i found this here, locked me out at 26th dec, well thanks for not having me.

I have been waiting 1 Month for an email change to my account. I bought EA and can't play or Poe until my
Email is updated by support. I contacted support on the 29th November 2024 and still do not have access
to my account.

If this is any another kind of company, people would be telling them to take responsibility.
Just because it's a video game company doesn't mean it shouldn't be held responsible for it's action.
