How long have you been waiting for a response from support?
OP here. I originally emailed support on 12/9 and received what appeared to be a "generic" reply on 12/22 asking for information that I had (mostly) included in my original email. No response since then. Next Thursday will be one month since I originally emailed support.
I struggle to understand how any company can consider this acceptable but especially a company that is solely owned by Tencent now. With those kind of resources, this should absolutely not be the issue that it is! |

I actually opened my ticket with customer service before Early Access even started (the night of December 5th). I received one canned response a day or two later (after my initial email), but have yet to hear back from them since.
Btw, my account was locked on December 31st for receiving a refund from the charging company GGG uses for their American customers (Xsolla). The bundle returned was "PC only", but bought directly from the Path of Exile site. Shortly after realizing I couldn't redeem the key I bought from GGG, I noticed bundles were now available for purchase on the PlayStation Store (which weren't available before I bought my first bundle). The second bundle I bought was also the night before Early Access started. So even though I was playing PoE2 with a valid bundle I bought from the PlayStation Store, my account was locked (for receiving a fund from the original company that charged me). I want to be clear on this point though...I received a refund, I didn't cancel my credit card purchase. That should signify GGG was aware of the situation and should never have locked my account to begin with. Kinda off topic, but i once had a ticket open to where 7 different support people talked to me. All i wanted was to update my email and password to login client side and not through steam cause i lost the emails password. Long story short they wanted me to upload proof of transactions dating back to 2013, list of names of my characters, if i owned or joined a guild. All kinds of security stuff to prove it was me and i owned the account. During the process they logged me out of steam and transversed my account to client side email. This was during confirmation, i was completely logged out of my poe account on steam and could no longer log into poe. But they still wanted proof it was my email, etc... i was screwed. Lol. I had to beg them to link my poe account back to steam to at least log back in. After 1 hour of chat online. I got my steam poe back again. But they told me they couldnt help log me in client side until i provided more transactions/bank statements from 2013 to prove i owned the account. It was a mess.

It got 0 replies. I’m not convinced they’re actually responding to emails. |

Releasing PoE2 just before holidays was huge mistake IMO

Ive posted here already but update i messaged them on Nov 21st its been 50 days in about an hour and I've still not gotten my one time Mtx transfer from xbox to pc last email was Nov 21st telling them to please proceed with the transfer
( I did send a unrelated email about life time purchases wasn't a reply to the above email it was a new one about 5 days later Nov 25-26th and on the 29th of Nov got this reply but no answer to the 2nd email) " So either they were already so backed up since the new system change where people could merge mtx from xbox to pc and vice versa and then all the poe2 hype and the massive influx of new exiles and support issues or my 2nd email pushed me back in the queue not sure but i never replied to the 29th email just incase to not put myself any farther back in the queue but that still would of been like a week before poe2 launch so yeah idk its been 50 days lol stay sane exiles :) |

The merging thing is the dumbest thing I ever seen in video games. It was a scam.
I merged my ps5, xbox, and PC account. I had no idea it would make sub accounts and lock all your accounts. Cs use to respond within a hr. Now they just never respond. Last edited by Idle-Race#9384 on Jan 11, 2025, 12:25:23 PM
