How long have you been waiting for a response from support?

I wrote to them about my account being hacked and compromised the day of POE2 league launch, they replied x3 days later asking me for information to recover my account. I sent it. The last correspondance or even acknowledgement of my ticket was last year on the 17/12/2024.

Today is 16/01/2025 and still haven't heard anything back.

Support has finally refunded me !
40 days as of today. Still waiting...
Something must have gone horribly wrong with GGG support. In almost 13 years, I had nothing but great interactions with support. Since PoE 2's release, I've been trying to get an in-game currency refund for an unintended double puchase - it happened on PoE 2 launch day (well, technically it was on Dec 7th) and I contacted support immediately after. This has happened to me before and support refunded point within 1 or 2 hours. This time, I'm still waiting. Even though it's a minor issue and not really important to me, I'd still like to know if I'll get a refund or not.

I guess that during prep for launch, nobody really thought about adding more support staff. Hopefully, they will find their way back to their amazing pre-PoE 2 standards soon.

That's because they don't care. If they did, they would at the very least communicate how long the wait time is. They'll only start caring once enough people charge back and it starts hurting them.


My issue is resolved. They were very respectful and apologetic. All is forgiven. Love this game so much.
