How long have you been waiting for a response from support?
I wrote to them about my account being hacked and compromised the day of POE2 league launch, they replied x3 days later asking me for information to recover my account. I sent it. The last correspondance or even acknowledgement of my ticket was last year on the 17/12/2024.
Today is 16/01/2025 and still haven't heard anything back. |

Something must have gone horribly wrong with GGG support. In almost 13 years, I had nothing but great interactions with support. Since PoE 2's release, I've been trying to get an in-game currency refund for an unintended double puchase - it happened on PoE 2 launch day (well, technically it was on Dec 7th) and I contacted support immediately after. This has happened to me before and support refunded point within 1 or 2 hours. This time, I'm still waiting. Even though it's a minor issue and not really important to me, I'd still like to know if I'll get a refund or not.
