If they are truly this busy and it takes more than 3 weeks to answer an email, there would have to be tens of thousands of people locked out from the game they paid for. This only make sense if there are 2 or 3 people working on support in India for this game.
This is a serious issue and the media need to get hold of it and tear GGG apart for this. |
