How long have you been waiting for a response from support?

They have ZERO support, it's been 10 days for me. Seeing that its been 15+ for others is unacceptable.

I wonder if it is even legal to have such non existent support and answer customers after (maybe) 3 weeks ? Never seen something like that.

Maybe i should send a classic letter and send it with a carrier pigeon - chances are that will be read sooner? |

I got banned for 3 days for saying that they shouldn't sell a product they can't support. This company needs to be held to some kind of standard.

the worst part of this is that i bought the key through steam, so i cant chargeback or they will lock my account. absolutely unacceptable
