How long have you been waiting for a response from support?

I wonder if it is even legal to have such non existent support and answer customers after (maybe) 3 weeks ? Never seen something like that.

I got banned for 3 days for saying that they shouldn't sell a product they can't support. This company needs to be held to some kind of standard.
