Guild points donated from guild member are missing PoE 2

Same here ... friend donated but can't see any of the points.

I pressed manage guild in game, it took me to the guild management page website. I accepted the donation, reloaded the MTX page in game and was able to see the donated points

same here.

I was in PoE2 and went to the guild tab and donated 220 twice (thinking I didn't donate) and my other guild mate donated 100.

We still have 0 points.

edit: it appears that the guild leader needed to go to the transactions tab and accept the points.

all good now.

Same problem here, donated 145 points to buy a quad tab in sale that ends in 4 hours.. thats just sad. Please help ggg

so i got my points back i tried putting them back in and they are gone again lost 60 points again

Same issue here. Member donated 170 points and they gone.

I also donated for guild quad stash. Points got deducted but the guild points didn't go through.

I submitted a ticket and got this response:


"Hi there,

Thank you for the message.

Points donated by Guild members are not automatically accepted by the Guild, the Guild leader will need to accept or reject the point donation on our website here: https://www.pathofexile.com/my-guild/poe2/guild-transactions

If your Guild leader is unable to process the point donation from this link, please get back to us with a screenshot displaying how this page appears for them.

Please note that when a Guild leader donates points they will be accepted automatically, however, if anyone else donates then the Guild leader will need to manually accept the donation from our website. If a point donation is not accepted within a few days, it will be automatically rejected and the points will be returned to the donator's account.
