Guild points donated from guild member are missing PoE 2

i donated points for my guild to buy the guild stast tab. after checking all my 225 coins are nowhere to be found including the points i donated

Just experienced this yesterday with a friend. Donated to the guild and nothing, thought I should wait. Now I’m seeing this as a common issue. Anyone have a fix yet? Playing on console, and only donated enough for the guild stash of 185 coins.

So... as with everyone else here, I donated points (499 instead of 500 because the slider is stupid... but I digress), the guild leader sees a message that I donated, but as the person that donated, there's no history of it... anywhere.
This is bothersome. There needs to be a fix to the missing funds, as well as a donation receipt. It's alpha, I understand it, but when you are allowing real money value transactions to happen, this is inexcusable and either needs to work or be removed until such a time that it does. |

The guild leader needs to log into the POE website to claim donations at: https://www.pathofexile.com/my-guild/poe2/guild-transactions Would be super helpful if this is made more clear when the donation is being made. Again, a donation receipt should be sent to the sender. |

same here whole guild just donated over 180 coins and they haven't shown up for guild leader and it was all going so well

Me and a buddy donated to the guild for the quad tab. Went to the site and accepted. My in-game currency is now 0 (should be 100 after the donation) and the guild currency is also 0 despite having donated from me and my friend and accepted them on the website.

SO YOUR GUILD LEADER MUST ACCEPT IT FROM THE MESSAGE TAB ON THIS WEBSITE, THEN RESET YOUR GAME AND YOUR GOLDEN!!!!!!!! |

I have been having this problem since launch. i am playing thru the steam launcher not the standalone launcher if that is a factor to consider. I just donated 60 pts just now and they poofed. they've poofed into the ether every time i try and i get them refunded back to me a few days later.
our guild has zero tabs so far as noone can see or spend donated pts |
