Guild points donated from guild member are missing PoE 2

Friend gifted us 400 for tabs. Havent gotten any yet, and took the 10 i had? not sure whats up. Accepted on guild page.

Hi, accepted donations from my guilds member but no money appears in game, it also removed the other coins I had previously donated

Hello, today i donated 200 points to my PoE2 guild. The points were deducted from my account immediately, but they did not appear in the the guild balance.

I am having the same issue - I donated, my friend donated... I have the receipts as ACCEPTED on the website, but showing zero in game.

Hello i donate 32 points just to test it and it dident appear same problems as te rest of us that we rare posting ehre

Game here I donated my 300 from early access and its no where to be seen. Anyone have any suggestions or has anyone heard from support?

Also having this issue, game accepted my donations as guild leader but another player donated 15pts so we could get a gem stash tab as well and it not only took the extra points i had left over but also has failed to add their points as well.

They donated another 5pts to try and push the transaction through and I accepted their first transaction and rejected their second on the recommended page give by the mod post. Not all extra guild points are gone.

(Edit: This issue is now corrected. It took a couple extra minutes to process and I had to logout and log back into the game for the points to reset correctly.)
