Guild points donated from guild member are missing PoE 2

Edit: My friend (old guild leader) was unable to view the Guild Transactions to approve my donation, which was apparently the issue. There was no way to do this in game. Something about a merging of his two disparate accounts caused his issue. But he promoted me and I was able to find the transaction and approve it, which caused the funds to appear for the guild.

Adding my voice to the list that I've experienced this too. Donated 100 points to the guild yesterday, and they were deducted from my account but haven't shown up in the guild's activity or balance. Had no idea this was even an issue till looking it up. This needs to be disabled until it's fixed, or a notice made. Otherwise we're just throwing points into a void without a clue

Same here, wanting to take advantage of tabs on order donated twice to my guild but coins disappeared in thin air.

OK, after reading whole tread seems the guild points need to be accepted on the website by guildleader. Suggest you add a tooltip in game because this isnt intuitive and one would assume that the guild balance increases once the player's balance decreases

GGG, please fix. Now going to miss the stash sale because of this. Currency sent to guild has disappeared into thin air.

+1 lost today 35 points, I tried to donate them to guild, no sign of transaction, my account is missing points and nothing appeared in guild account

Donated 55 today and it vanished. Please fix.

Today 35 points sent from guild leader found their way directly and could have been used for shopping immediately, but 70 points sent from a guild member seemed to have diappeared.
After the donation was accepted by the leader, the guild balance was shown correctly in the browser, but not ingame.
It took about another half an hour, an then the points were available ingame.
For us it worked well then, but took some time.

Donated over 400 points and didn't know this was an issue. I really hope this gets fixed soon.... :(
