i'm so against games making me STOP playing them, leave tehm, open another separate website, app, whatever just to continue playing them. idc if that's just how its done, and PoE has always been a dual monitor game. it's stupid and i won't do it. fix the issue. e.o.s.

Same here, Donated 140 from my 150 and cannot find in Guild.
Then relogged, the remaining 10 points I still had also disappeared. left with 0 and 0....

Me too. The guild transaction tell me need to accept it, but I can't find it.

The issue is still happening. Today 1/1/2025 my brother added 500 Gold(Payed For Currency) to the guild and the guild points is not reflecting it. I did check my account and there is a message saying the points have been added but again they are not showing up in-game.

Same problem. Only the guild leader can successfully donate to buy tabs. BUT the points that he donated but didn't yet spend disappeared after logging out and back in, yet his gold was still gone.

Same problem here, donated 55 points and guild master says no points at all

For anyone reading, go to https://www.pathofexile.com/my-guild/poe2 , accept the guild points donation in the menu "View guild transactions", restart the game and the points should appear now.

UPDATE: Resolved, as the post above mentioned - the guild leader had to accept the donations before they appear... please fix the UI so that this is more obvious for newcomers... Or better yet, make this approval done in-game please.

Same thing happened to my POE2 guild as well today. A guild member donated 140 gold and it was deducted from his account, but it didn't show up in the guild gold counter.

I made him leader subsequently, but we can't see where the gold went. It's also not listed on the transaction history of my guild page.

Please help! This is real money we're talking about here...

Same thing just happened to me.
I’ve donated lots as the guild member and it works fine.
A member today donated a couple hundred points, and nothing has shown up. The points are gone from their account, and nothing has been added to the guild.
This needs to be fixed…
