Continuous Stuttering/Lag Despite Stable FPS and Internet in PoE 2 Early Access

Same issue as of today. Yesterday there were no issues. Stable Network/FPS the game just stutters extreemely, skipping/fast forwarding animations. Unofrutnately unplayable at all, even in town.
Same. I tried everything proposed solution like shader cache and chat clear.
I just came on here to see if it was me or the game... I too am having issues. Frame rate is consistent at about 80-95 FPS and internet is fine but I will go in slow motion then zoom to speed up and then slow and pause actually, then zoom ahead again. It is unplayable. This is the first time I've experienced this issue, I was fine at launch and even fine at this league's launch but yesterday I couldn't play at all. I'm not even gonna try again today unless I see a patch come thru. :(
I'm actually getting the hitching on Xbox, and prior to 2 days ago it was BUTTER smooth with the FPS and such. It seems to do it about every 1-2 seconds, and it makes playing the game an exercise in migraine management.

EDIT: Tried the DC and Texas datacenters, no real difference. Attempted disabling crossplay, actually made it worse from what I could tell. Disabling chat didn't make any difference.

I am on 1.5gb fiber with enterprise grade network gear and the consoles are on a DMZ'd range, so open NAT and raw dogging the interwebs. This is the only title I am experiencing this on.

Same here on PC. Drivers up to date no issues with any other games - network connection stable. This is a game issue.

Ok, no idea what changed but ran smooth as glass last night. Apparently the Machine spirits have been satisfied.

I've been having a horrendous time with stuttering/lag recently. Seems to be worse on my local server too (Auckland). I've had to often switch to overseas servers with way higher ping and somehow they work better? But in the more extreme cases I then have to deal with the high ping lag issues. Also, the last couple of nights I've only been able to see about 4 servers in the list. The rest are just "...".

Usually, I get a bunch of these lag spikes while in a map or the story. After a bit I'll then get disconnected from the server - usually with the "An unexpected disconnection occurred" or similar message.

Here's a video that hopefully shows well enough what I'm experiencing the effect it has on the gameplay:

This is exactly what happens to me - i have a pretty high end pc / internet connection too. I'm in Australia. tried everything under the sun to rectify and troubleshoot. the GGG servers are just cooked at this point. Its Packet Loss - what everyone is experiencing is Packet loss. everything was fine from Saturday morning til about Tuesday... now its just unplayable. i've gone back to dota.
this is ridiculous
everything else works perfectly fine (as can be seen on the cmd ping graph) but the game's network ping jumps like crazy, I tried different realms - all end up the same
unplayable
didn't have this problem for 500 hours until now...
outrageous

Same issue here, ping jumps up to 3-10 SECONDS! That's crazy!
Tried different EU servers - it didn't help much, on one peaks higher, on another lower, but still unplayable.
Can you guys that are experiencing lagspike check your logs and see if you also have an entry like this:
