Continuous Stuttering/Lag Despite Stable FPS and Internet in PoE 2 Early Access

I managed to fix mine today after countless troubleshooting... in hopes it helps anyone with an AMD GPU, I disabled AMD Fluid Motion Frames and it immediately fixed my issues. No more stutters, no more "latency spikes".

POE2 does not like frame generation it looks like, not sure if NVIDIA has a similar setting but hope it helps someone else!
