Hard crashing PC locks up

weird, my friend crashes constantly. i have not had a single crash since launch. i'm on a 5950x with 64 gb ram and a 3080 Ti and still on Windows 10.

uncheck at least one core (i used to uncheck 0 and 1) it will not prevent freezes but at least allow you to get to task manager and kill poe2 process.

11900KF and using Windows 11 24h2 and the game freezes everytime I TP to new area

Tried disable 2 or 4 affinities didn't help
Tried to BES and set -5% also didn't hlep

Please fix this, game is amazing but basically cant play because it crashes constantly, brand new pc with 9800x3d and 3090.... shouldnt have an issue...

2 hours into playing, disabling integrated graphics in BIOS helped the game stay stable (but still eating a lot of CPU and increasing temps). Will post again once I crash once more.

So I did some test and setting affinity to -2 two cpu proc.... lowered my cpu usage to only 15-30%.
So far I have set windows compatibility to windows 7, lowered my cpu porcessor state to 90% and set the affinity to -2 cores.
Haven't had a crash so far, tho I only game an hour max in one sitting...

Friday OK (2h play)
Saturday (3-4h play OK) 1 freez and reboot on button go to sleep )
Sunday (3-4h play OK ) after freez + reboot then game crushing during loading/connecting (multiple times)
Monday - update and game loaded - change dx12 to dx11 + some setting from ultra/high to high/low (fps was locked on Friday 60/30) - started new char after 1st boss game freez. (system started only after removing nvme ssd where game was installed). Tomorrow will know if ssd alive ))).

before monday on game_path/logs/Client.txt after crushes saw "corrupted data".

I had exact same issue with poe1. I only happend to get it because I bought a new PC. I installed newest windows image - win 11 update 24h2. And I thought my new PC is broken. But started digging and runing to reproduce this issue.

I've spent 2 days on this. What I managed to achieve is reproduction of this issue constantly in poe1 (it was before EA). What I did is I logged in, started game. 1 in 3 times this lock would happen. So that was the process. Start game, logoin, load, exit game. Then after 2-3 times it froze.
I tried full sceen, windowed, full screen windowed. All graphics modes (dx, vulkan etc) In all modes I could recrete this issue and nothing helped, it kept on freezing after 2nd or 3rd or 4th run. PC locked and it seemed that only way is to reboot the PC.

Then I tried another thing which is leave it be. When I did that the PC rebooted itself eventually and I was able to collect kernel dump which I inspected. It indicated some power related issues. But I'm not an expert here.

And I'm writing that because maybe more people can try this and collect the dump and send it to GGG for inspection.

At this point I installed fresh copy of win10. And the problem gone in poe1 and I also dont have it in poe2. Didn't have time to investigate more as I wanted to play :D
