Thank you for repeating my words. Did you ask yourself why is it more lucrative tho? Because people spend money. If you allow someone to spend 1k$, instead 50$, they will do so, and you dont even need to force them. But F2P games are also much more customer friendly because you can try out the game out w/o investing anything other than your time. F2P games are more profitable, but also more popular. F2P games are win-win for both sides.

Profit driven not customer friendly. People play F2P because they are free. For every thousand of terrible F2P games, there is 1 possibly good F2P games. Then again people will play terrible games because it is free.

Yeah, a lot of F2P games will have preadtory monetization to milk players as much as possible. But lets not pretend its exclusive to F2P games. You know what would happen if we would "remove" F2P games and now all games are eihter B2P or P2P? You would have same monetization strucutre ON TOP of extra charge for "box price" or monthly sub.
Dude's pretending like companies don't sell half-baked games then sell DLCs, or sell you a full FIFA game then sell you lootboxes on top.

Little tip: if you have to make an appeal to your "authority" your arguments are not as persuasive as you think they are.

Not to the same extent.

Nope, you are wrong. It would be exaclty the same. Or maybe even more, because now that they cant make game free and lure everyone, they need to milk each person even more.
