General Discussion - So is discussing/talking about RMT allowed? (Talking != doing it) - Forum

I wonder if doing the Math and discussing rmt for some educational content is allowed or not? Yes, doing RMT is agains the TOS (people say), but discussing stuff is not the same as doing something. /curious? Could you farm Divines with many people as a guild/discord roaster and then trade those? Then it is not "personal use" ?, its many people share the same Stash. Does that count as commercial? Where "Commercial" starts. Based on google, it starts if you register a company and pay taxes. MTX cost money, you cant just drop them from playing. Thats why you can resell it in steam store to get some money back, I guess.
