POE 2 0.3.0b patch crashing high end pc's

I just died at level 94 thanks to the driver crash (pause didnt work).
Im trying now updating gpu drivers and wiping out shader cache (10GB shader cache limit per app). For specs im running the game in 4k with: i7 13700k RTX 5090 64GB RAM Game on NVMe 4th gen. |

Same issue as everyone here, still happening on the latest update which I hoped it would fix it.
Tried all the troubleshooting here, but no go. |

Got the freeze/crash every 2 maps, i've try everything that I read here and still crashing like crazy. I don't know why they haven't fix it yet, it's impacting so many players and it's really annoying... Praying for a quick fix |

Just on a whim...has anyone tried disabling Nvidia Reflex ?
Since the black screen loading gears "crash" happens to all nvidia users. While the snow remains,
veiled in the haze of evening, a cold leafless branch. Flowers are only flowers because they fall, but thankfully the Wind. |

Just died, after fighting through the ascendency dungeons, almost had the damn time lord, and the game locked up, showed the gears, black screen behind it, and I could hear myself dying behind that black screen. SOOOO over this bs! Fix it! It didnt do this before!

My game just crashed while I was in my hideout. Pressed "P" to check passives and it died to desktop; here's the Error Report from Windows. Unsure if it's helpful, plus my config:
