POE 2 0.3.0b patch crashing high end pc's

The game crashes within 10 seconds of starting it up. I'm just outside of camp and can't get beyond that. I've tried multiple settings from low to high and no change at all. Game starts to stutter first and then just crashes. Reinstalled drivers and no change.

I have a i9-13900K, 4080 RTX, and 64GB RAM. This is the only game I have issues with. Everything else runs fine.

DirextX 12: 30-70 FPS unstable, sometimes drop below 20! - unplayable
DirectX 11: 30-60 FPS unstable, dosent drop below 30 - unplayable
Vulcan: stable 30-60 FPS - unplayable, screen freezing ( no FPS drop )

I'm pretty sure its a memory leak. Game starts out using like 6-8 gigs of ram, then as the session goes on it goes to 10gbs, to 12gbs, to 14gbs, the stutters get worse and worse as the ram usage goes up, and then it finally ends up crashing once it fills up the all the ram my PC has available. This didn't happen in 0.2. The stutters get so unbearable I have to restart the game every hour or else it will inevitably crash. Needs fixing ASAP.
i almost experience at least 10x crash per day for playing this game !!! GGG pls fix on this, we dont experience this on 0.2

Nah. Its something different. My Laptop utilization is about 40% CPU, 30% GPU and 12%-16% RAM ( from 32GB ), and still got 30-60 FPS. Switching it to TURBO mode, dosent give much, just CPU/GPU latency drop from 10ms to 7-8ms. On FPS counter... meabe +5 FPS.

Dunno whats going on, other games, like RDR II, even GTA 5, can fill up almost all avinable sources of my Laptop, and easy get 120+ FPS.

The reloading driver after gears load screen is their "fix".

Previously it would straight up CTD. This was/is happening with DX12 render.
While the snow remains,
veiled in the haze of evening,
a cold leafless branch.

The best solution so far is this

I had the same issue while playing PoE so I tried it even at PoE II and it worked directly! Though I changed a few more settings so I am not hundred percent sure it is one specific change.

This is valid for my RTX 3080 card at least!

Renderer - Vulkan (Could be a part of the issue at least)
Upscale Mode - Nvidia DLSS (Don't think this matter either)
Lightning - Shadows (I turned off Global Illumination and this is the issue I guess)

I suggest you try changing the Lightning at least. I know this helped a lot playing PoE!

Same issue. Unplayable until patch.

Calculating particle effects has always been ignored as a culprit. We need to be able to disable them for a less compute intensive process for overbearing visuals. Big booms are not cute and they are not functional.

If GGG wants to test overworking a GPU that should be a focused test and not something the game tanks every single iteration.
