I played this build for 5 leagues now, improving it bit by bit every league.

this leaves a bad taste in my mouth, you disregard the time i spent on this build in one single patch because reddit crybabies are complaining about party play. again and again you kill things in collateral from multiple angles.

the solution was so simple, lowering aura effect on others and leaving reservation alone as it impacts other builds aswell. now you probably ruined a bunch of builds with those changes, not just aurabots and stacking.

we'll wait and see how it plays out. If 3.16 is not the ultimate bomb league mechanic to make up for this loss, i will quit this game

The balance team and chris being out of touch with their game isn't the only reason why this game is going downhill.
The community is more toxic than ever, more so than the community of eve online. Alot of people i play with in standard are chill, but this? I can't imagine what goes through your head that you gain joy from sending me those pms, does it make you feel powerful or that you received some kind of twisted justice? Does it statisfy your jealousy?


Yes a broken archetype which should have been addressed a long time ago is now finally reigned in. Satisfies me greatly.

Enjoy making another build instead of playing the same build 5 leagues in a row.

Summoners (minions), traps and mines are even more broken. They shouldn't be in the game either, that's how overpowered they are. The amount of investment for the damage uptime is WAY too strong. Nerf damage by 100% or even more.

Affliction and Necropolis are the worst leagues ever to exist. The current game design and direction is atrocious.

I can feel how this precious and special to someone build just melt every single path.
I'm just so sad I will never ever see my aurabot char shine once again with all her power... I am not even mentioning the fact that I will never ever play with my carry anymore

It is such a shame to be always afraid that new update gonna take away the build you enjoy, just because most ppl don't like "aura abusers" or smth like that... yes they are powerfull but how do I party play now? Who now needs an aurabot with 6 aura's with much less effect? This question isn't even worth answering

Because it was FAR TOO EFFICIENT AND POWERFUL. Surely you realise this. It's not killing aurastackers to the point where they're unusable. They just won't be able to stack as many auras and won't be as powerful.


They are DEAD now. Not for groups with 3+ ppl cuz they just split auras
But for simple duos who never could abuse anything like big parties
they just gonna make this work but two of us will never do
i would undestand if it was just the nerf but these are unplayable now for small parties and still good for big parties

The only thing I can come up without any real proof would be that 100% efficacy your going to pay 1/2 of the mana cost while at 200% you'd be paying 1/4 the cost of the reservation. I think this is the diminishing returns they were talking about as far as scaling with higher percentages. I'm assuming this is following a linear pattern though it could be quadratic as well which would make the gains higher at lower levels of efficacy and making higher yields even less productive to the player.

Also if you want to take out aura's from my minions can you just dump party members from the guardian's ascendancy so I can share them with my allies?

It is pretty understandable that the intent is to reduce top1%'s power.
But, once again, low-end builds are getting rekt without having any solid substitutes for destroyed opportunities.
As if Delirium alone was not anRNGy enough, let's make it even less reliable source of character upgrades...
