no update for PoB / trees yet but i will keep checking

otherwise most of the current build is fine, can go to infernal cry over seismic cry and flesh and stone over herald of purity
About the gameplay of this build: am i supposed to stand still every ~5s to reapply my buffs or am i missing something? 2 warcries to extert my attacks, enduring cry and rage, thats 4 buffs i have to constantly reapply which is a bit annoying.

for most mapping, you only use 1 warcry most of the time

by investing in warcry speed they are near instant so not really "standing still"

can watch some of the gameplay videos to see how it works to rotate war cries

or go call to arms and put just 1 warcry on left click

ruthless hits intimdat eis very strong, almost 100% pick and we use ruthless all the time.

mace mastery is weird; we usually go RT.
not sure how to best use chill.
crush on hit is very good.
double damage is good but it seems serker usually gets below 1 attack per second.
culling on stun is pretty good

40 inc dmg vs bosses is ok
60 inc dmg is ok with 10% reduced attack speed, we get like +75 from berserker ascend so not a big deal overall

for impale/axe version, all of these are great!
destroy on hit, very nice
inc onslaught effect is very strong
stance bonuses solid
10% more dmg on 50% or lower, very strong
rage gen is ok

axes may be the go to; very good mastery nodes compared to maces

Can't we get intimidate quite easily from other sources though?

- Pride Watcher's Eye
- Tombfists
- Awakened melee phys

RE: ruthless: yes we have sources of intiidate but never for 1 point on tree; very nice to open up gear options. awaken melee phys is lvl 5 for intimidate; would be quite some time to first get gem and then lvl it up


ya theres decent synergy there with GS, but its inc dmg not more so it doesnt multiply, just goes into same pool as other inc dmg on tree etc

new max res stuff is juicy, make sure to get it. all of them, we'll be at 80 fire res 79 lightning cold res for 5 points, plus CB immunity

seems like cookie cutter for us

get warriors blood via life nodes

get 10 dex on way to duelist area for dash early on

path thru born to fight butchery and barbarism to rt

after rt go to art of glad, can pick up martial experience and titantic impacts if you want on wayfor generic 2h dmg. use whatever 2h you want while thru story

next go measured fury and ramparts and rush fortify on melee hit (lol wtf this is amazing for 1 point)

grab soul of steel, golems blood, bloodless, get steadfast

get devotion, by this time you can start speccing into war cry nodes like deep breaths, admonisher, naturla authority as we want all warcry masteries pretty much

fill out life nodes via scion wheel, jewels slots, berserking if you want more rage (get reflect phys here too if you want to go defiance for defense)

get endurance charge nodes, 2h mace stuff and whatever else

one of the 2h nodes is 3% chance to deal triple damage, i thought this was amazing but after research seems if you have double dmg (which we use alot) and triple damage, its as if you only have triple damage (double damage is nulled out)

Yeah this sounds pretty good.

I'd trade getting threshold jewel with CB immunity corruption later to get the %reduction of curse effects on you from resistance and ailment protection mastery probably?

Debilitate, Crush, chill on hit from masteries are all great too.

Some of the armour masteries are also amazing.

Hard to approximate what a full tree will look like since we can't allocate points. Lots of things we want, will be tough to make calls on where to put points.
