I am lvl 98 what nodes to take ? Should i take OAK or one more jewell and 4% Life 3 to all res ?

Guys i need help, i am still leveling my character and i bought a but didn't pay attention to the fact that it is corrupted with 21 clarity. Is the aura going to go to waste when i start using the amulet ?
