Hits can't be evaded is a local mod. You would have to roll it on the weapon itself and it is a prefix. This means at most you would get a dual ele roll and while you could manage it is far from the best course.

The shield however says YOUR hit's can't be evaded so it is global.

Since dual wielding does not do much for us since we are ele and not physical, and there is no other super good shields that help us (just life/res with high evasion) lyco is still the best bet.

I particularly have been using curse immune flask more and more (though I almost always roll off temp chains and rest don't really bother me much).

Would you recommend:
Spectral Throw - GMP (Slow Proj.) - Added Lightning Damage - EDWA - Ice Bite - Add Inc crit damage

or would you recommend:
Spectral Throw - GMP (Slow Proj.) - Added Lightning Damage - EDWA - Lightning Pen. - Add Inc crit damage

Why did you change that in 3.5?

Hey not sure where this has been answered but with the changes to vaal haste/grace, what is the deal with having 4 auras now? both vaals, wrath and herald.
