Kill all. Unless you're specifically trying to max mitigation and regen, like me. 2 points are almost always more valuable than whichever stats the bandits offer.

No problem. Think of it like this: 2 points make for an extra jewel slot for example. What can you get on a jewel?

16% phys damage
8% max life
8% attack speed
12% area damage

Not to mention the potential 30% inc damage while dead corruption. Value incarnate.

You tell me which bandit is better than that. :P

Even if you go by the worst filler points, you'd still get 10% max life. Still arguably better than Oak.

Doesn't matter. It's about potential. Oak will never be more than he gives. Jewels on budget are roughly equal, but can become much more powerful. Big picture. ;)
