but even so, with this nerf you dont want cast speed on your gear since its useless and shafted, and playing with totems you want cast speed to deploy totems as fast as posible.
No matter how you look at it it is utter shit decision.

Desync is in EVERY online game, and most notably, ARPGs. Even Diablo3 has desync, the only reason it isn't as noticeable is because there is no unit collision in it. Chris wants PoE to have tactical and fear-inducing situations to exist due to unit collision and chokepoints, so the severity of desync is a necessary evil, until such time as they can alleviate it..

Nerfs to vaal pact (got buffed , just Ci that got a little nerf , but hey bloodrage)
