every patch, players cry, yet we are still killing uber bosses in a few seconds.
fubgun fanboys cry about there being no loot, yet they are buying mirror tier items in the first week.

that is basically the poe cycle.

The one that I am thinking of that stands out the most is the Shaman Ascendency

Furious Wellspring
No Inherent loss of Rage
Regenerate 6% of your maximum Rage per second
Increases and Reductions to Mana Regeneration Rate also apply to Rage Regeneration Rate
Skills have +5 to Rage cost
+7 to Maximum Rage

Some shamans spend 4 points just for this node and the downside of the rage cost is only mitigated by the fact that basic attacks DONT get the added rage cost. If this change applies here, it guts this entire ascendancy.


There is this line in Skills section actually:

Skills which have a cost of 0 Mana now display this cost. This allows players to distinguish between skills like default attacks which do not have a cost at all (and are thus unaffected by any + cost modifiers), from those which do have a base cost, but with 0 base value (which are affected by all +cost modifiers, even if they add different resource costs, like adding life cost to a skill with base mana cost 0).


I know, but the most recent patch note updates generally supersedes the previous one. In which case they are now stating default attacks do have a base cost, but with 0 base value (which are affected by all +cost modifiers, even if they add different resource costs). I just checked my shaman in game, this would be roughly 32-40 Rage cost per second to sustain default attacks given my current attack speed and cost multipliers on supports. With the current cap of 2 attacks generating rage per second, this is Impossible to sustain.

Maybe just pick up a few mana regen nodes and mods on gear? It's not that hard to get 5-600 mana regen when you are already stacking mana for archmage.

Instead of letting us play around with all kinds of builds during the closed beta to actually help you test the game, you go and nerf skills that most people don't even know exist. Like totems , Fortifying Cry

so let's say about Totem, last league only 0.4% of players used them. And what does GGG do? Nerf them. Meanwhile, the skills that are crazy popular like all the bow builds, spear and Comet, you barely touch them.

Seriously, what's the logic here? It feels like you're punishing players for trying anything off-meta.
And then you complain that everyone plays the same builds. Well,
Then you wonder why everyone plays the same builds. This is why. Reward experimentation, don't punish it.
