"People" that want to play poe2 in big 2026 deserve all the pain and torment they get

Bought the game 2 weeks ago, invested many hours (and funds), finally got a character to late game, following guides and content creators, started building a temple. Was just about through the early grind, couldn't place my first lock that dropped literally an hour ago.

I agree with many that the loot was overturned at later stages. The lock changes though, just seem unsustainable now. Killed my motivation to keep playing.

Yeah for real. Its concerning to be happy at peoples misfortune. Time is a valuable resource that not many people have.

I absolutely understand the decision to pull this patch and I get it in so many ways.

That been said GGG why do you punish the casual Andy every single time and allow the blasters and no lifers including streamers to constantly benefit from the flawed system.

No average Jo is going to be able to create a new temple meaning they will just up and leave fir to the fact the economy is already busted and out of control.

Along with these changes you should have also reset EVERY SINGLE PLAYERS TEMPLE to zero.

You have already caused outrage to the average player but still allow the high end to print 40-50-60 Divs a hour.

Economy is ruined maps give zero currency.

I can’t believe GGG is doing this.

In my mind, they were one of the best companies of all time—the people who created the greatest game in the world (PoE 1). But now, it feels like 99% of the things that make PoE 2 different from PoE 1 are actually making the game worse.

This obsession with fixing everything immediately just to stop people from farming the way others already have, without even waiting for the end of the Christmas holidays... releasing this fix now is a disgrace. No one can justify why this was necessary.

You can clearly judge how foolish this patch is just by looking at the sheer number of comments on their posts.

As always, GGG just shitting without taking their pants off

Why they removed what has entertained people the most in all the leagues that have existed in POE2, but to the point of completely destroying it, not just nerfing the loot.
