0.4.0c Hotfix 13

It was already hard to build the rooms, and now they've changed them. I have no desire to play anymore
Start of the league: Temple mechanics are bad and loot is bad (because we're still figuring the temple out).

One and a half weeks in: Temple mechanics are bad and loot is bonkers.

Week three: Temple mechanics are bad, and loot is destroyed for anyone who hasn't already giga-buffed their temple.

The problem here is simple: The temple is bad. A tech-savy five year old could point out major and obvious flaws withing 3 minutes of play. Maybe if someone had spent a moment to realize the brilliant graphics, voice work, music, and FMV trailer was all a beautiful cocoon for a pile of shit this wouldn't have happened.

This had better be a "red alert, all hands on deck" moment for GGG.
This game was good when Chris was still a leader, now that he and senior devs left (probably because of poe2), its all downhill
took my wife and me 4 days to came to a spot where we finally getting some locks. was looking forward to finally getting some loot out of it and continue building. 1st time in 12 years im bitterly disappointed with GGG. pretty much lost all motivations to play. we are both out

it just unfair and i have lost the will to keep playing and i have 2k hours in it poe2 i really really like this game

Dont get your hopes too high. Another league might be differently coloured breach or abyss inside a temple - opened by portal thru breach thing. Dont expect new stuff.

So in summary:
a) Players have no idea what bonuses each room provides unless they read the patch notes of this hotfix?
b) Players that spent ton of time to build out their temples basically wasted their time?

This is an EA league, these nerfs can all come in the next major patch. What is the reason behind doing this, having non-repetitive layouts?

I'm not sure how are these decisions made, but you've missed what players want in a big way in two hotfixes back-to-back.

Stop wasting our time, please :)
Instead of letting players waste time building their own temples, it would be better to randomly generate a map each time you enter.
