The current implementation is similar to the implementation in Diablo 2.
In Diablo 2 "Magic Find" affected all drops, but as the only currency was gold that was used to buy gear or to gamble, it was nowehere near as impactful as IIR impacting currency in PoE2.
Not true, in diablo 2 runes were main currency and they were absolutely not affected by magic find.
Not correct at all.
Runes were not a currency like in PoE. Runes were a crafting material but became the defacto item for the trade system due to their usefullness and the ability to recraft them.
Runes were not affected by Magic find when looking at chests in LK as they were fixed loot tables, but Runes were impacted by Magic find when coming from monster drops as the monster loot tables were all impacted by magic find.

Streamers are fraud. I saw one steamer was bullying watchers how Deadeye is OP but he was playing LA build. How can you say deadeye OP while playing Bow build with another class/spec? Clueless people are streamers.
