To everyone who is using Hexblast of Havoc as an example that it's still possible to play it in Mines in 3.26, you don't have any idea what you're talking about. It would be fine as a clearing skill, but you'd never kill a rare with mods or a map boss.
Yeah sadly it wont be "delete all on no gear" build. You will actually need to spend more than 10 divines on your gear using it. What a tragedy!
My gear is worth several mirrors and Hexblast of Havoc is still dogshit. It doesn't Freeze, Ignite and Shock, nor does it target the lowest resistance. It's just mediocre chaos damage with no interaction, other than doing AoE if the target is hexed.
Reading is hard. If you spent half as much time learning as you do trolling, you'd be better at life.
But hey, just being trolled and thinking about the complexity of the game is getting me a tiny bit excited about 3.26. Hmm...Ice Trap?...Hmm...
I’m glad to see that the guy was temporarily banned. This had become ridiculous.
I actually wanted to make an Ice Nova miner build. With the unique ring, it will auto-target, and you can double curse + expose for damage like you would with Hexblast.
Funny how this will be more like a Hexblast build than with Havoc. XD

Screw the miners, self cast hexblast looks somewhat interesting. Can't spam it now like a headless chicken.

I've got a PoB for one i'm lets say relatively happy with, the 2s cd doesn't really matter that much if you frontload enough and its pretty easy to end up with a giant area.
Its still not quite right though, and fundamentally i'm playing a version of a build I did in the past when doom was a mechanic and I greatly preferred that.
So fairly low odds i actually play it, i'd have to find random gear for it in my travels.
