What do you want them to do? Buff movement speed by 50%, loot by 100%, damage by what ... 150%?
These things require time to be properly tested and weighted before they are implemented, because they cannot take them away.

If they increase loot too much and the game turns into last epoch/d4, then sayonara - there is no going back with this community.

What do you say about the altar tables they dropped — the ones that got people banned for using them? How much testing did that require? And how much testing did they required to just nerf all not working and poorly designed in 0.1 patch?

Sounds like a conspiracy, but I see a connection: Chris stepped down, Tencent stepped in, microtransactions exploded, and now it's all about Jonathan’s ‘vision.’ GGG lost their whole ‘we're just small indie devs who love playing D2’ vibe and turned into a cog in the Chinese monopoly machine. So I guess Jonathan can do whatever he wants now, no matter what actual gamers think.

And most of these reviews are simply because people don't enjoy the game, they quit and leave their opinion of it hoping the devs will listen. Every single negative review is completely deserved, there is no "review-bombing" going on here because most of the people leaving these reviews probably don't watch streams anyway lmao

All that's happening is a wake-up call. Let's see how long it takes for them to make this game fun, or just let it slowly die. Whichever of the two happens first.

We can probably guess the percentage of people who left honest bad reviews and the percentage of people who left bad reviews cause its the funny / cool / popular thing to do right now. Don't lie and pretend that the latter isn't a thing, cause we all know it is.

I don't think the game is great right now, and tbh I doubt I will play much until some things are fixed. I still see the foundation that is there, the systems, and so on, which will eventually find balance. It's so obvious that this game will end up good. I don't care for the 1 build, no loot, kind of mediocre end game as it is right now.

No, people cannot play it. Because they killed it to make this bad game. PoE 1 hasn't had content in over a year. If it was still getting leagues every 3 months I literally would not care what they do with PoE 2. They can go and make their dream elden-ring cashgrab game all they want, but don't kill the other successful game while doing so.

People are mad because they can't play the other game. And their expectations have been completely betrayed with this one. Biggest scam ever is what PoE 2 is.

This game is bad. This is an objective fact, based on steam reviews,steam charts,plummeting player numbers and literally all streamers having a bad time with it. Imagine if the gamba strongbox wasn't in 0.2, then there really would be 0 fun in this patch lmao
