Steam is going balistic

Is that like thug internet talk to make you sound cool? "Glazing" and "vision" and "trash" and "melt"?

I am seeing a culture develop around this game, especially with people like you, that remind me of thug talk on the street, which usually only serves one purpose: to drag other people down. There's this culture where you can get admiration by dragging other people down. Is that the case here?

Don't talk to me then.

Well I feel that you drag everybody here down with your talk, which I find overly negative. So I gotta deal with you, because I care about this game and maybe even about this community.

What a superman vibe we have here. You don't have to overreact to some noname on the internet like myself. If the game is good, nothing will stop it to become successful. And if the game need to be protected by you, sooo. You know.

Many artists who we celebrate today died poor. Success is in no way an indicator for quality.

Second phrase describes amazingly well what is going on with PoE2 right now. Good stats, terrible current state.
Thanks @dissonance90#3107 for your service, dealing with detached who thinks that can tell people how their feedback should look like.

To be fair, I had to reshape my perspective about this, too.

While I think that in some spaces "non constructive feedback" has no place at all, a feedback section of a games forum is not one of these spaces.

Moot point, that's survivor fallacy. Most artists died poor without ever being celebrated. Did you know that lottery winners all played ? yep, 100% winrate confirmed then.
And quality isn't an indicator of success either anyway. So what's your point ?
(proof, cuz you like it apparently : People play Factorio or Minecraft, amazing games, garbage graphics)

Stop being a Karen trying to defend a game or a community that doesn't need nor asked for it. The victim you apparently try to defend to make yourself satisfied doesn't exist.

The fact that ppl are talking and reading so much is the proof (and actually the only useable conclusion) that the game is in a bad state, otherwise they would just play (and dumbo wanting to spit or glaze the game doesn't matter at all, when noone is there to read him anyway).
What ppl say in essence doesn't really matter either, it's up to devs to track in game divergence and pain points, and then react accordingly (depending on their objectives, which can evolve overtime as well).
Almost nothing that is said on the forum (regardless of quality : well expressed to dumbo range) is of use anyway, it's just way too much noise.

but clearly what we deem as a "quality" live-service game should be one that produces numbers and retains it's players, and as such it's "Success" would be the number one hall mark of its quality
