Campaign can be beaten in 7 hours with the proper equipment. We will see how long it takes after the patch

I actually thought this was one of the craziest things.

I figured it would get nerfed some but removed is just nuts.

Like, even with a SSF HC witch going MoM, GrimFeast, Shield, stacking defenses, you still damn near get 1 shot sometimes.

My biggest gripe so far is they seem intent on making your character a bitch even if you stack defenses.

The devs really should have made that bullet point the *entire* skill gem changes section because it already means there is absolutely no point to the rest of them.

That first line is "numbers go up, or numbers go down" there are alot of skills whose primary functions and feel were nerfed into the ground.

Yes the first line will probably be the thing that reveals what the broken builds will be but they are still trying to nerf anything that was more thank 500k dps so i wouldnt be surprised if that line has less buffs than you think it does.
Aside from the bug fixes which are nice, it looks like they nerfed the fun right out of the game. I suspect player retention will rapidly drop off within a few weeks at most after this patch goes live. I hope that isn't the case when we start playing after the patch goes live.

Worst part is the warcries getting nerfed, even though they had terrible damage already.

you mind to explain what you mean with that?
so far as i understand this, the aoe of the corpse explosion effect on the warbringer ascendancy, is actually bigger then before:

"The Warcaller's Bellow Ascendancy Passive Skill now causes Warcries to Explode Corpses, dealing 25% of their Life as Physical Damage, instead of providing "Corpses in your Presence Explode when you Warcry, dealing 25% of their Life as Physical Damage". This allows for Warcry area of effect to scale the Corpse explosion radius."

The warcries fill pretty much the whole screen, "in your precence" was not nearly that big. And now even the warcry aoe nodes affect the explosion radius even further, so to me this looks actually like a buff to aoe and not a nerf.

In your presence was 6 meters and war cry radius was 4 base.
