patch notes out, turns out they are just nerfes to what's already weak?
" Alright, ty. But that means that only the base is being lowered, and the ceiling is now much much higher. Nothing to be upset abount in my opinion IGN Dontdieforkingass

When you nerf EVERYTHING, you essentially are nerfing NOTHING.
mana stacker still going to be best build, because you nerfed its competition |

" Not exactly. They're just trying to make the game more difficult and slower overall, to drag out the lifespan of content. Rather than simply adding content. Also I fully expect some of the new ascendancies/support gems to be broken. They will probably end up bricking more builds mid 0.2 season, which will cause yet more players to quit. |

Eye of winter got a buff should be the strongest spell for spell casters now. just to point out something that wasnt weak and got a buff

So trying to make the game slower only works when you make changes to the flipside of the coin: endgame/monsters. They're all still going to one-shot you, but now they are going to stun/ignite/etc you more. Everything tedious about the game was left untouched or doubled down on, plus they made it harder on the player to compensate for the things they could actually effect.
I assume they are hoping the new content is "fun" enough to get people to play despite not fixing the core problems. I think the biggest problem is they have no incentive to make a good product. They've already received all the money they are going to get due to EA cost, and so the only further money they might get is MTX in the form of tabs that make trading and item management easier. Which is why they aren't addressing the massive trade problems. If you are reading the patch notes and are mad: play another game. This one is not going to be more "fun" anytime soon. |

" bruh pls learn communication skills, grimfeast? what does that have to do with anything the post is about ? lol the post is about how skills that weak in certain ways are getting even weaker in those ways. it has nothing to do with the things that are op getting nerfed. actually why am i even trying to understand you here.... |

" everyone wanted them to keep going with their vision, but what part of making weak skills weaker is good ? i had no problem with their vision, i gave a clear example of what's the problem because that's where the problem lies even in their own vision. when i gave seismic cry example it was a clear one, the build was op tanky and op map clear, so if you want to nerf it, nerf that. but the one thing that the build lacked is damage... to the point where no one even used the warcry to kill anyboss not even map bosses. so they did nerf everything op about that skill, that's good. but nerfing the one that that was underpowered in the skill will just make it unable to even kill rare monsters in maps. when i gave this example i know what i am talking about, no skill should ever be too weak to even kill a map boss effectively. let alone a skill that was already weak at that getting 30%+ nerf. |

" not so simple.. because they did buff someoff meta stuff. Like non grenade Xbow.. and rolling slam focused warrior. On the grenades.. people need to remember that their base damage will skyrocket with the xbow changes... |

" not how it works, if you warcry + corrupted blood things did not always die right beside you. meaning things could have died where you've been before. that also means corpses were most of the times not even in your warcry's radius to begin with, so the corpses that were exploding were actually exploding "in your pressence" rather than in your warcry's radius. more so, a warcry knocking enemies back is an issue if enemies are being pushed out of range then they can explode at the tip of that range but nothing after that can explode. that being said, it will still be fine, in my opinion warcry clear speed is a FINE NERF and an acceptable NERF. that said, just to repeat, the nerf that was unexpected is to the corrupted blood part of the warcry archetype. the dmg dealt was already much lower than the average that they have in their vision, nerfing that i don't get what do they expect from the corrupted blood stacks to do. |

" I didn't even think of that angle. Makes perfect sense now why they refuse to have an ah. Their ridiculous excuse of "friction" for trading is just a lie to cover the fact that loading up several tabs of trade items while waiting for whispers = more $$ |
