Massive FPS Drops in POE2

I have an am5 cpu and 4070 gpu, 64 gig ram, gigabyte ethernet and shader / cpu skyrocket out of nowhere.
Only happens in PoE2, any other game runs smoothly at max gps ultra settings. Clearly a problem on their end. |

they dont optimize it, whatever i uninstall and hope it's better on full release

Had the same problem with massive fps drops as OP. But disabling AMD SmartAccess Memory in AMD Adrenalin fixed this issue now it runs smoothly.
