These nerfs are definitely too harsh. I feel like you are deliberately killing the most iconic thing Path of Exile has been known for - build diversity. First you killed cast on minion death, then cast on ele ailments, why? It is not fun to play skill piano, not for everyone at least.

And you should definitely address the respec cost ASAP or you will be left with no testers considering build-murdering nerfs and the length of the campaign. I don't see myself levelling a second character in this state of the game.

You know about the freezing Issue since the Release of the Early Access and nothing happend until today.

I really wonder what is the point of the Matsya unique now then. It seems to be handcrafted for CoC, high crit, high attack speed, increased spirit. But it does not have damage, this completely invalidates it.


I don't think they are going to keep the numbers as is. They decided too many people were getting too far with their working builds and immediately rug pulled to get everyone to grind to a halt while they figure out what they should be. The current numbers kill CoC the most, and make CoF and the others not even worth putting in a build. Stinks too because it really allowed so many builds to fix the thing they were weak at pretty easily and now the skills are worthless and not worth wasting spirit on.

Why take 1 spell cast every 7+ packs when you could have 1% hp regen or mana regen that entire time? Am i right?

I'm submitting my Steam refund request quoting and refer to these exact words and video from the devs. False advertising that ended up bricking my entire play experience.

Only when skill tree changes happen, just like in PoE1.
I spent a huge chunk of my resources optimizing my cast on build for my frost chronomancer and now this? this is a huge nerf which undeniably kills the viability of this build. Can you take a look at this again?

Also, it feels punishing for such nerfs specially for players who recently adjusted to this build since re-spec is costly.
The amount of complaining is hilarious, if you want to play a 1button zoom build, there's always poe 1

If you want meaningless loot, play loot Pinata with D4 bosses

If you actually want to play this game, maybe stop following build guides and actually play the game yourself.
I ended up with my own version of COC comet build and it took me like 5 minutes to adapt it to make it work just fine with the changes..
Make spirit cost on the Cast on things cost 50% less spirit to use. Also increase the power

Less than normal = 1
Normal = 5
Magic = 10
Rare = 15
Uniques = 20

It feels like a generator/spender mechanic.. just saying.
