Cant even play my build because Cast on Freeze is totally dead. Not a single proc. Need gold to respec and buy new gear if i want to play.... way to go GGG, im uninstalling game now.

I'm at cruel and when this patch dropped, it made me think of creating a new character since I don't have the gear(sold lightning base) and focused on freeze wasted a lot of currency and and now I don't know what to do. Tried killing mobs and it works!(The other way though).

I really wonder what is the point of the Matsya unique now then. It seems to be handcrafted for CoC, high crit, high attack speed, increased spirit. But it does not have damage, this completely invalidates it.
