Account locked Help
Day 1 of being locked. So I guess I need to wait for 40 days just to get to the right people who can help support?
Anyone here who had their accounts unlocked already? |

I'm also under the water for this to get unlocked, it's been almost a month now for me. What a support speed, at least they should tell us why, i don't even know why I got locked. My new account is also scary to play, not sure when they lock again then if they do, I will stop supporting this game completely, been topping up too much and they think our money is out of thin air

I sent mail to support using my primary email, after a few hours I got a reply from Rajiv/GGG. He was asking for the account name plus the 4 digits which I have already indicated in my first email. I have responded and still got no response from GGG. I tried again to send the same information using a different email and guess what the response is?
Is GGG actively looking at those concerns? Any priority or atleast the issues that are easy to resolve, can be handled? Or does GGG has no other way to check these accounts in POE2? I do hope that these locked accounts are to be resolved soon and GGG does not only cooperate to those that are currently playing and enjoying the game. We have also paid for the game and wanted to know why we got locked and what is the way forward. Thanks |
