Account locked Help
Many of us here have paid for EA and are still waiting for our accounts to be unlocked. As of today, they remain locked.

locked out dec 20th and still no help... would be nice to play the game i paid for but it seems i am stuck in a endless support email loop, i have spoken to the same employee Rajiv now 5 times and cannot get past the first email
please give me your character name and 4 digit discriminator and some of your chars names and we will get this issue fixed. i comply and he never responds back... i still have no details why my account in locked and it would be nice for them to give me a reason since i am a paying customer hopefully your support system gets a massive upgrade because i think Rajiv is struggling at his job post if this can please reach someone that can do something that would be amazing thanks |

How far did you guys get in the unlocking process?
I made it twice to confirm SteamID and purchases but never heard back after that. I waited around 25 days the first time and then i sent a "new" email (After they ghosted me for ~25 days). They started the whole process from scratch I even replied to the last mail they sent me to make it easier for them.. Now im here at day 10 after i confirmed steamid, purchases etc. the second time |

They remove everything i post on forum, locked for 31 days and have no answers after they locked my account. Why they punish so hard players i cant believe it's GGG right now.

Day 46 still haven't resolve locked account issue
