it's not just you, I'm answering every day on my post, it seems that they don't care, I've been 3 weeks and nothing, AAAA but we have high email, DUDE IS 3 WEEKS IS 1 MONTH, THE SIZE OF THE INCOMPETENCE OF NOT BEING ABLE TO ANSWER A CONSUMER IN 1 MONTH IS ABSURD. They ruined the company's image in relation to community service, only automatic support responses.

In this thread, is there anyone who was locked out due to recent hacking issues and has now unlocked their account? I’m wondering why we would buy an early access key if the account can be locked for this long....

" I am obviously still locked, but I know of one account who got unlocked a few days ago. The process took multiple emails but was actually completed in one 3 hour session - so there is hope if you ever get through to the correct team.
