Day 7 still locked. Same copy pasted response from any new thread about locked accounts.
Main account(knox890#7539) locked since January 20. GGG please help to support

I tried to write to them with another email address today, something magical happened, I received a reply within 5 hours, I opened the email happily, something that made me even angrier happened, exactly the same as the email I received before, copy and paste, my email provided all the information, and GGG's reply asked me to provide the account and 4-digit authentication code, as well as several character names. These damn people really ignored us and never read the letters we wrote. [Removed by Support]
