Account locked Help

Bought POE 2 on steam and first time trying to login I got account locked. I bought the 100$ supporter edition of the game and cant even play it. I made this account specifically for reaching out here on forum. Please any help is appreciated.

Seconding this. I put in my Path of Exile account name instead of my steam name on accident, and there is no option to change what account name it's trying to hit, so it just says "sorry you haven't bought it".

For me I didnt get any options, I opened the game to play on steam and clicked login then boom Account locked on a game ive never played before.

Maybe ill get support before i turn 50

Same here, I created an account. Verified my email address. Bought the $30 bundle to get access to early access.

Only to be blocked right at launch. I couldn't even log in because my account is blocked. No explanation why, but I assume it's due to IP address. In South Africa our service providers change IPS for consumer daily so blocking on that is rediculous.

I had to go spend more money buying a VPN with a private IP just to be able to post here. I did actually get into my account, but it's still not ideal.

Exactly so I will keep posting this and replying until we get a response. Put it on top at all times.
