So, they released a game on friday night, then went afk during 2 days beceause "it's the week-end eheh" ? XD
Like seriously ? Why is everything so fucking shitty ? Why humans can't just provide what they are paid for ? NPC going like "oh thank you oh really nice, good sleep take a break" THEY ARE PAID FOR THIS, they aren't making games out of pure kindness, you are working every days guys, you recieve token called money, it's supposed to give you power over things you decide to have power And everything’s going to be just fine, society will continue to deteriorate, because you are incapable of recognizing when you’re being trampled on. Like good little dogs deprived of their dopamine, you’ll excuse the whippings. In the name of what principle, I ask you? Because “it’s the only decent game”? The game isn’t “decent” from the moment it treats you like cash cows, only good for shelling out the bills. There’s a problem affecting a not-insignificant portion of the players. They’re aware of it, they ignore it, they don’t care, they don’t communicate about it. They just talk about “patch notes” and “hot fixes.” Please, stop being docile golems, just because “it’s the only game that seems good.” |

" what do you want people to do? they only have so many ppl answering emails at support. it sucks, but we have to wait. i set aside my weekend to play this game and haven't been able to play at all. but all i can do is wait for some guy at GGG support to get to my email (they probably have tens of thousands, especially since many ppl have said that they sent multiple emails - which is just making it worse) and reply to me. i can get mad and complain and whatnot but it makes no difference. sadly, i was one of the unfortunate ppl who has an account issue. i'm not happy about it. but what can i do? i choose to try and stay as calm as possible and keep myself busy with other things until they get to me. if you are really mad, go ahead and get a refund and move on. i'll just wait it out even though it sucks. i'm upset but i have a life beyond this game. maybe they'll offer some compensation? some free shop points or something? i hope so. i've been waiting 23 hours for a reply to my email. and i'll keep waiting until i get one. anything else is a waste of time. |

Just received package from grinding gear games. I haven’t opened it yet but it’s my t shirt and art book etc. still don’t have access. Been emailing customer support and morning

i just checked my account, and i now have access! be aware, my problem wasn't a steam linking issue. i bought my access thru pathofexile.com and i'm playing thru the standalone client. but i'm finally in! :)
btw, i did not get an email from GGG support as of yet. |

Same issue. I've tried all the connection troubleshooting. Very unfortunate. Hopefully support can clear it up for us soon.

Finally got it fixed. I bought it on steam the first time, and it said "your account doesn't have access to path of exil 2 early access".
Now i refunded the game on steam (they refunded it within 30 minutes), and bought the game on PEO website insted. Now my account has acces when i go to https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/early-access and i can play the game. |
