I have this same issue but for the Epic store. I was gifted a key for the Epic store. I redeemed it on the Epic store and downloaded the game. Then I was asked to create a new account or link. I linked it and then it said I don't own it.

yeah ... same with steam and poe page.
now i try to download with the installer..... 790kb/s download. when you restart the download starts from 0% thats some great work.. serious. |
