"your account doesn't have access to path of exil 2 early access"

I am still having this issue. I see the Early Access DLC in my library, I have connected everything on the site, but I still do not have access. Really wish my first experience with this franchise had gone better.
Has anyone got a response from GGG support?

PoE website says I don't have access. When I try to log into the game client it says I need to purchase access.

Not sure why you're being an apologist.

There is an issue, they claim to have fixed said issue and are now talking about new issues when the critical one is not resolved.

It's obvious this is bad for business in the long run as many will be checking out of this with refunds. Unless we speak up this will not be resolved.. ESPECIALLY if it isn't on their known bugs issue or priorities.

Something similar happened when D4 was on sale in may-june, you bought the game on steam, linked both bnet and steam, played till your hearts desire, log out and when you came back bnet kicked out out because of no valid license.
The license bought is from steam, steam ask POE2 servers for validation, the POE2 validation fails and cant log back.
Just need to have patience you know, this is a technical issue and its a weekend, granted people made time just so they could play POE2 EA this weekend.
They probably are trying to solve this as we speak, but this issue is because the keys sold need to be validated trough steam, if GGG used the old client without the need to link steam/epic account none of this would have happened.

Unless i can play the game the way i used to play POE without the need of steam/epic in any form, i havent made the jump to get an EA pack, so i dont know were or how the key is given, that if you get it via email or on your profile were it says early access in this site.
I read on some thread that you could get the standalone client and play POE2 EA with a key or you can redeem that key on steam/epic and play trough those store fronts as well, but i dont know, that just sound like a massive logistic screw up a single key for activation on any storefronts, people are bound to screw up their account links which also add more strain to CS since they need to provide assistance with account unbinding.
Ill just dodge this bullet and play indiana *bullwhip grab and away!!!*

Can we have an information like "hey guys we acknowledge your problem and try to work on it ?
Anyone heard from support yet? Are they even working on this issue?
I've sent three emails to support, have not heard anything back yet. It would be nice if we knew they were tracking this issue and were working on it.
