Massive Latency Spikes

Just some level setting:

I'm in the central US on a gigabit fiber link to AT&T, very near to one of their backbone connections. I'm about as low latency to the public internet as a home connection can get. I've been playing multiplayer games over Wifi 6 in the house for as long as it has existed, and I've always had a perfectly serviceable experience.
PoE II is completely unplayable over Wifi. The latency spikes are just unbearable. Ok, fine. I'll hook up wired. Even wired, where I have single digit average with <20 ms latency worst case, the server end (both endpoint and, based on the hops, the datacenter connection) is giving a less-than pleasant experience. I've attached a screenshot from a 10 minute or so capture per the forum instructions. I guess you can say "get a better connection," but I'd argue I have a better connection that the vast majority of American households and the experience still isn't very good. I didn't take a screenshot, but I was seeing worst case values of up to 200ms on the last 2 hops last night.

I’m also on AT&T 5 gigabit fiber. It’s definitely server-side. I live in California, but when I switched from the California server (which had 7ms for me over ethernet) to the Texas server (which had 40ms over ethernet), I noticed a significant improvement. When monitoring the debug under the F1 key, instead of it hovering at 40ms and randomly spiking up as high as 600ms causing the game to lockup, I was able to play steady for more than 6 hours yesterday non-stop without any network spikes at all and no stuttering.

I suggest trying logging on to different region servers than the one that’s closest to you and has the lowest ping. It’s odd that switching servers to a higher ping or logging into a mobile hotspot has resolved this issue for me, but it worked until they fix it.

I've tried every server from Texas to Japan and I still have latency issues. The only time I had no latency issues was last night from about 10pm to 2am. Not sure what they did or didn't do during that time but I am back to having horrible latency today.
Same issue. Amsterdam server, gigabit fiber. Latency spikes in-game graph both in off-peak and peak hours. Don't see any latency issues on my network outside of the game.
Same issue here, game literally became unplayable over night. Constant spikes from 12ms to 500+ms. Guess they broke something with their hotfixes.
+1

Latency jumping every 2 seconds.
Got fibre, stable connection outside of the game. Tried switching between the EU servers with no improvements.
100% a server capacity issue. Fine all day, then as soon it hits peak time (5pm-11PM), the lag spikes start.

Idk if it's simply a server capacity issue, I have had trouble all day. But they have had >450k concurrents for most of the day if steam charts are accurate.
Fixed my issue by joining a VPN in same state, now at stable 6ms
Same issue here...I've had the issue for a few days but it gets worse during peak server times. I usually just use another server and take the ping hit but today none of the NA servers are working at all. It's driving me crazy...I have 1 gb internet and I'm hardwired in. I've checked my network and know it's not me...just have to wait for a fix at this point. Mine jumps from 7ms to over 2k randomly....
