Hard crashing PC locks up

These two crashes are not crashes to desktop, I see that you have not read this thread from your answers so let me say it again: These crashes are complete OS crashes that require manual shutdown via press of the power button. Doing this is detrimental to your components' lifespan. Each time this crash happens there is a dice roll that decides whether your PC is bricked or not.

In addition these are your "rolls":
1)Standard builds
15% = 3/20. This is literally higher than chances of getting a critical in DnD with a crit-fishing build.

2)ACPI 2.0 with ACPI actually managing to trigger through the hard crash (low possibility in itself)
5/1000 = 1/200. This is close to getting Invincible to drop.

3)ACPI 2.0 with ACPI actually not managing to trigger through the hard crash (high possibility)
15% = 3/20. This is literally higher than chances of getting a critical in DnD with a crit-fishing build.

4)An "optimized" build
5% = 1/20. This is the critical chance in DnD. As in itself if you are farming rares, know that getting that drop is about the same or of even lower probability than this.

Furthermore, I ask anyone who sees this message to please give a negative review for Path of Exile 2 on Steam.

Where did u get these numbers?

Standard industry information. Ask any knowledgeable person about this issue and you'll receive an answer between 5 to 20 percent, some will underestimate and say 1% some will overestimate and say "if it happens a couple times in a row it is toast".

Also these numbers are only predicting the bricking event.

Shortened component lifespan? That happens no matter what.

Crashing still happening but I imagine this isnt an easy fix to locate the problem that only seems to be happening a portion of the player base, they are actively working on it since it popped up and they have according to them fixed a number of crash instances can people just stop for one moment and think, this is a big issue but highly doubtful it is a quick fix or one that they can just force out in an evening stop with this entitlement and just keep posting so this thread and issue remains top priority without turning into babies (I have personally been crashing since the 10th of December with the only work around being turning off multithreading).

Hundreds of thousands of copies of this game have been sold, many issues have risen during the EA of POE2 but so many people making posts expecting GGG to focus solely on their issue because they paid for EA, this is exactly what we paid for to discover bugs and balance issues so the game can get into a working state for release, y'all acting like toddlers who didnt get their favourite sweet at the shop.

This issue should be the number one priority because it can and did damage customer's hardware.

In addition, finding the bug might be hard and fixing it harder but communicating on their progress is easy yet they are not doing it.

What GGG also does not do is to put up a warning on Steam, and on here: "This crash is dangerous to your hardware."

Furthermore, I ask anyone who sees this message to please give a negative review for Path of Exile 2 on Steam.
I cannot send/reply to direct messages because my in-game character has not finished Act 1.
What to do:
1)Write a short review about the hard crashes in notepad.
2)Copy and paste it to steam reviews, put up a negative review.
3)Copy and paste it to steam discussions, put it up there.

Give me source for this standard industry information.

im 2 weeks already diving into this thread, tried everything, every single fix people recomended.. I got into the bottom of the mostly dirty pit, currently trying:

Dirext x 11 (Deprecated)
Nvidia Relfex Off
Engine Multithreading DISABLED (Permanently)
Fps Cap to 30
PoeUncrasher loaded and running on Adm mode

Game runs, im able to load my character at least.

STILL FREEZES at any given random load screen. not even 5 mins into the game.
Same with Vulkan

Engine Multithreading seems to help nothing at least for me.. crash must have deeper source.

weird is that for almost 20 days i was able to play, for 200h.. with Medium to High settings, 80/100 fps.. with almost no crashes at all. Got into maps, played for few more days.. then suddenly i can't play for 20 mins without crash. There was no patch/hotfixes in this windows where i was playing without issues, and started to have the crashes.. it's so weird. I didn't updated anything in my system at that time also im very sure.. it really seems like the progression into the game or some other stuff is causing the crash. Like the one with Demon form.. If this crashes are coming from a psssive node, an mod on my gear.. damn i'll be so pissed :<

Are you getting crashes at load screen in maps or as soon as you enter a map? Check the Client.txt log files immediately after you crash and post the txt here. I'm getting random crashes only in maps when using highly affixed stones, or maps, or both combined. Log files give me File not found errors or this one:

"

they dont know why its happeing, thats why they havent posted. No sense in them saying " we dont know "

Even if they don't know, which may be true, that's no excuse to be completely silent regarding status. Them saying "we don't know but we're investigating the issue" would go a long way in quelling the storm.
My game seems to always crash during boss fights and sometimes just doing campaign I'm not sure if its a memory leak or what.

I get the same clavicle and bicep logs, then something about steam ids not being right.

Remind me again what is GGG's number 1 priority? Sorry you dont work for them but because they arent posting it about every second of the day to appease you they arent taking it seriously? Nobody as of yet has reported hardware bricking that I can see outside of a single post where the dude came back and said they were taking the mick. IF something is causing your system harm as a responsible consumer you stop doing it, if its getting to the point of destroying peoples equipment the fault lies with GGG but also the customer for being an idiot.

They've communicated with us with pretty much every patch with the patch notes, do you want Johnathan to message you specifically? Like dont know exactly what is causing the issues and their best guess is something to do with multithreading and windows 24hz update which you can see from their latest and the previous patch notes and updates.

The game is an EA access title, by its very description that means expect the game to not be complete IE bugs galore, software issues etc etc etc. The very tag itself is implied that things may go wrong the fact your going into every single post to post about negative reviews is just pathetic, we bought early access to a game to test it and push its limits both on our end and on their end, the devs have hit stumbling blocks that are impacting peoples abilities to play the game and they have fixed multiple crashing instances since this bug was brought to light. Stop being a child, it gets fixed when it gets fixed, in the mean time go touch grass their are more important things in life than spam whining on a games forums to post negative reviews, I paid for early access and that is exactly the experience I have received.

You can see from any of the threads that people are posting multi difference crashes and clumping them all into single threads despite being different issues for alot of people but yea sure, show me a company in the history of ever that has dropped a game into early access and its been perfect from the get go

I, as most of us here, signed up to play an incomplete version of a software product, not to stress test my hardware to the point of failure.
People in these threads are the ones who decided to look into the problem and make it heard. Those not here are the ones most at risk of bricking their equipment, cause they will think "Here it goes crashing again, but it is EA, so it is normal".

They need to address it publicly. The longer they go silent and the issue goes unfixed the longer those not on here will play this lottery.

If it only crashed to desktop, no problem, I would be the one making the choice to risk crashing out of maps. Right now there is only the choice of risking losing a pricey machine to play this uncomplete product.
And their hotfixes are at fault as well. Every new hotfix tried is another dice roll of bricking my system.
